喹诺酮类主动外流与肺炎杆菌耐药性 被引量:1

摘要 本文以肺炎杆菌临床分离敏感株S及其诱导的耐药株R研究细菌耐喹诺酮类药物机理。与肺炎杆菌S相比,R株对喹诺酮、四环素及氯霉素敏感性明显降低。喹诺酮类对来自R株DNA旋转酶活性50%抑制剂量(ID_(50))呈3~11倍增加。R株对环丙沙星的聚积仅为亲代菌S株的1/3水平,经氰氯苯腙(CCCP)处理后,R株对药物聚积上升为S株水平。结果提示,除DNA旋转酶变异外,细菌对药物主动外运也为其耐药原因。
