Scientific Cost Theory Must Be Followed in Natural Gas Price Reform Research Report Ⅲ on Vigorously Developing Natural Cas Industry in China

天然气价格改革,必须遵循科学的成本理论:一、天然气商品的货币成本,应该首先是生产中消耗的物化劳动与活劳动在售价中得到全领补偿;二、天然气商品的货币成本,应当是商品再生产的价值中成本价格的货币表现;三、天然气的国家定价,应以劣等生产条件的气(油)田群的平均生产消耗形成的生产价格为基础。

The reform of natural gas price must follow the scientific cost theory:1, the currency cost of natural gas commodity should be that the materialized labour and live labour consumed in production must obtain a whole indemnity in selling pricey 2. the currency cost of natural gas commodity should be the currency appearance of the cost price in the value of commodity reproduction;3. the state-fixed price of natural gas should be based on the average labour consumption in the gas or oil field groups withpoor production conditions.
