用TPD、HOT法研究铂原子簇催化剂表面性质

摘要 利用程序升温脱附(TPD)及氢氧滴定法(HOT)研究了H2PtCl6/r-Al2O3催化剂及铂原子簇Pt3(CO)3(PPh3)4/r-Al2O3及Pt4(CO)5(PPh3)4/r-Al2O2催化剂的表面性质。试验表明,铂原子簇催化剂比传统的氯铂酸催化剂分散度高、铂活性比表面大、铂晶平均晶粒度小、氢吸附量高且吸附较牢.在高温还原后的吸附过程中,这三种催化剂均存在比较严重的氢溢流现象. The surface properties of H_2PtCl_6/α-Al_2O_3 catalyst and pt_3 ( CO ) _3 (PPh_3)_4/α-Al_2O_3 and Pt_4 ( CO )_5( PPh_3 ) _4/α-Al_2O_3 of platinum atom cluster catalysts were studied by temperature programmed desorption(TPD and hydrogen-oxygen titration ( HOT ) .The experiments show that compared with the conventional chloro-platinic acid catalyst, the platinum atom cluster catalysts have higher dispersity, higher hydrogen adsorbance and more secure adsorptive power. During the adsorption process after reduction at high temperature, more serious hydrogen spillover exists in the above thres catalysts.
