合成气合成低碳混合醇产物的气相色谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用一台具有双气路的气相色谱仪,分析以合成气(CO+H_2)为原料合成的低碳混合醇产物.在三十分钟内可完成气相、液相产物的全分析。用热导检测器检测永久气体组分含量,检测范围为0.1~60%;用氢焰检测器检测气相烃类组分含量,可检测至ppm级;用热导检测器检测液相组分含量,检测范围为0.1~100%,采用本法分析常量组分含量,相对偏差小于3%,而微量组分相对偏差小于20%. The lower carbon mixed alcohols produced from syngas ( CO+ H_2 ) was analyzed by a gas chromatograph with double gas path. The entire analysis of gaseous and liquid products was completed within thirty minutes.The content of permanent gas components was determined by a thermal conductivity detector, with a range of 0.1-60%. The content of hydrocarbons in gas phase was measured by a hydrogen flame detector to an order of ppm. A thermal conductivity detector was used to determine the content of liquid phase components with a range of 0.1-100%. By this method, the normal components can be analyzed with a relative deviation less than 3%. For the trace componts, a relative deviation below 20% can be achieved.
