摘要
本文介绍泸州天然气化工厂对日产1620吨大型尿素装置的尿素废液进行水解处理回收的技改情况。该工程的正常运转表明;该水解新工艺有利于工厂水资源的综合利用,并减少对环境的污染,使泸天化厂尿素生产技术达到八十年代世界先进水平。
This paper describes the technical innovation by Luzhou Natural Gas Chemical Plant on the treatment and recovery of waste urea liquid by hydrolysis in the large scale urea unit with a capacity of 1620 tpd. The normal operation of this project has showed that the new hydrolysis process favours the multipurpose use of water resource in the plant and reduces environment polfution, thus making the productive technique of the plant reach the world's advanced level in 80's.
