摘要
利用拟均相常参数一维模型,对于由氢碳比、空速、进料温度和管径等四参数构成的参数空间中反应器的主要性能指标与参数向量间的关系进行了数值模拟,据此得出了一系列对于这类反应器的设计、操作都有实际意义的结论。根据我国国情;建议采用比Lurgi型反应器更大的管径并相应地适当提高氢碳比。
With a one-dimension model of analog homogeneous constant parameter, the numerical modelling has been done for the relations between the main performance indexes of the reactor and the parameter vectors in the parameter space which consist of H_2/C ratio, space velocity, feed temperature and tube diameter. Accordingly, a number of conclusions have been made, which are of practical significance for the design and operation of this kind of reactor. Based on our national conditions, adopting larger tube diameter than that of Lurgi's reactor and correspondingly increasing H_2/C ratio have been recommended.
