Based on the investigation of buyers and their opinions about commodity houses, the aim of exploiting commodity houses is expounded. The guiding views how to adapt to the market and adjust strategy are given to real estate companies, and advice relating to strengthening management, guiding the market, restraining house prices is given to administrative authorities.
