摘要 本文研究了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸二乙胺甲基异丁基酮(DDDC-MIBK)体系络合萃取水样中微量铅和火焰原子吸收测定的方法。1mg的铁(Ⅲ)、锰(Ⅱ)、钾(I)、铜(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)、铝(Ⅲ)、硼(Ⅲ)、镁(Ⅱ)、和200mg钠(I)不干扰铅的测定,0.8mg以上铬(Ⅵ)的干扰可采用加入0.5ml5%盐酸羟胺消除。该法测定铅的特征浓度(1%吸收)、检测限、线性范围变异系数和回收率分别为0.0046、0.0044、0—5.0μg/ml、0.78和98.5—102%。运用此法成功地测定了环境水样中的微量铅。 A method has been studied for determination of micro lead in water using complex extraction by diethylammonium diethyldithiocarbamate-methyl isobutyl ketone (DDDO-MIBK) system and flame atomic absorption. 1 mg of Fe(Ⅲ), Mn(Ⅱ), K(Ⅰ), Cu(Ⅱ), Cd(Ⅱ), Al(Ⅲ), B(Ⅲ), Mg(Ⅱ) a.nd 200 mg of Na(Ⅰ) do not interfere with the determination of lead; th e interference of chromium (Ⅵ) over 0.8 mg can be eliminated by adding 0.5 ml of 5% hydrolxyamine hydrochloride. The characteristic concentration (1% absorption), detection limit, lnear range,coefficient of variation and recovery of the method of determination o f lead are 0. 0046, 0. 0044, 0-5.0 μg/ml, 0 .78 and 98. 5-102%, respectively. The method was successfully applied to determine the micro lead in the environmental waters.
