摘要
本文建立了用高效液相色谱法测定血浆中二氢奎尼丁的方法。该法简便易行,精密度高。二氢奎尼下的回收率为90.65％,内标硫酸奎宁的回收率为87.52％,二氢奎尼丁浓度在0.1～1.5μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数γ=0.9982。
Asenstive and simplified high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of Dihydroquinidine in plasma has been developed. The recovery of dihy-droquinicline was 90.65% and the recovery of quinine sulfatc: was 87.50%, The Calibration curve was linear in range from 0.1ug/ml to 1.5ug/ml with =0.9982
