摘要
通过实验组与对照组在发球、传球、垫球、扣球4项基本技术技评和达标对比,分析阐明“表象重现”方法在排球教学中能调动和发挥学生学习排球技术主观能动性、“想”与“动”的有机结合;对促进学生掌握正确的动作要领,形成正确的技术动力定型,提高学生技术技评、达标成绩有明显效果;其中对发球技术技评、达标以及传球技术达标效果为最佳。
This article is intended to analyse and expound the function of 'Image Reappearing' in the volleyball teaching practice. After evaluating and contrcsting four such basic skille as serve, pass, under pass and spike between experiment group and contrast group, we come to realize that 'Image Reappearing' plays a vital part in bcinging students' subjective initiative into play while they arc learning to play volleyball. 'Image Reappearing', as an organic combination of 'thinking' and 'acting', is obviously effective for students to grasp real essentials of movements, develop their right skilled movement patterns, improve their technical evaluation of skills and the attainment of standards; to be more exact, 'Image Reappearing' helps to produce best effects in the evaluation of pass skills and attainment of standards. As a special psychological activity. 'Imnge Reappearing' is not restricted by court or apparatus, and therefore is a veryeffcctive means in the teaching of volleyball skills.
