摘要
在0.05mol/LKH_2PO_4-KOH(pH=6.9)底液中,氟哌酸在单扫示波极谱上有一灵敏的吸附催化氢波。导数波峰电位于-1.48V(Vs.SCE)。氟哌酸浓度在1×10 7~2×10~5mol/L范围内与峰高成线性关系。检测下限为7×10~8mol/L,可用于定量分析。并对极谱波的性质及电极过程,机理进行了较详细的探讨,证实了-1.48V(Vs.SCE)峰为催化氢波以及-1.25V(Vs.SCE)为羰基还原峰。
In a supporting electrolyte containing 0. 05mol/L KH2P04-KOH and at pH6. 9.a sensitive catalytic adsorption hydrogen wave of Norfloxacin was obtained by single-sweep polarography. The peak potential of the derivative wave is-1.48V(VS.SCE). The relationship between the peak height and the concentration of norfloxacin is linear in the range of 1x107~2X105'mol/L. The polarographic behavior and reaction mechanism have been discussed in detail.
