摘要
为了研究蚕丝/棉复合丝织物的染色性能,本文分别采用真丝织物和纯棉织物加以模拟,并用含有双活性基(─氯均三嗪活性基和乙烯砜活性基)的M型活性染料进行同色性实验。实验结果表明M型活性染料在蚕丝/棉复合丝织物上能够获得较好的同色效果。本文用中心旋转法安排实验,处理数据,确定蚕丝/棉复合丝织物同色染色工艺条件,从而证明该方法应用于染色工艺的优选是切实可行的。
In order to study the dyeing ability of ailk/Cotton fabric, we use silk fabric and cetton fabrina medels. In our solid shade dyeing experments, we select M reactive dyes which have two different functional groups(menochlorotriazine group and vinylsulphone group) It can be found that we can get a good solid effect.In this peper, the central composite totatable plan is used to determine the optimum process conditions in which the solid shade dyeing effect of the fabrics which are msde of silk/Cotton covered yarns is able to be obtained. The experimental results Indicated that this method can be applied to optimixing the dyeing process conditions.
