抗乙肝胎盘特异转移因子的特异免疫活性观察

STUDY ON THE SPECIFIC IMMUNE ACTIVITY OF ANTI-HEPATITIS B PLACENTA SPECIFIC TRANSFER FACTOR

报告提取自ＨＢＶＭ一Ａｇ阴性、ＨＢＶＭ一Ａｂ阳性胎盘的特异转移因子的免疫活性，证明经本剂注射的小白鼠外周血淋巴细胞明显增多，胸腺重量和胸腺指数亦明显增加．进而脂酶染色证明７５％属Ｔ一样淋巴细胞，２５％属Ｔｈｙ一样淋巴细胞。此外，用正常人外周血白细胞，或小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞和脾细胞体外转移特异胎盘转移因子（ＰＳＴＦ）的特异免疫活性；豚鼠或小鼠注射ＰＳＴＦ体内转移ＰＳＴＦ特异免疫活性，再取其腹腔巨噬细胞和脾细胞，作白细胞粘附抑制试验、白细胞移动抑制试验、特异淋巴细胞转化试验和小鼠足掌注射试验，均可得到明显阳性结果，说明ＰＳＴＦ对ＨＢＶ具有特异免疫活性，阳性供体可将ＰＳＴＦ的特异免疫活性转移给阴性受体。

In this paper we proved that the anti-hepatitis B placenta specifictransfer factor(PSTF)extracted from HBVM-Ag negative and HBVM-Ab positiveplacenta could raise thymus weight, thymus index, and peripheral WBC of the mice es-peciallv the lymphocyte. We also proved that the increased lymphocytes belonged main-ly(75.0%)to T-appearance lymphocytes and partly (25.O%)to Thy-appearancelymphocytes by anae stain examination, Besides, by transferring the PSTF specific im-mune activity in vitro with the peripheral blood WBC of the normal donors,macrophages washed out from the abdominal cavity of the mice and the spleen cells andthat in vivo with the macrophages and spleen cells of the mice for 5 succesive days.Itcould be concluded that PSTF has not only specific immune activitv to HBV, but alsothe specific immune activity that could be transfered from the positive donors to the neg-ative reciplents.
