摘要
分析慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞自发及丝裂霉素(MMC)诱发SCE的改变,并用阿糖腺苷Asa─A处理血标本,观察其对SCE变化率的影响.结果表明,慢性乙型肝炎患者的SCE率明显高于正常人(<0.01),提示有DNA损伤的存在.血标本经Ara─A处理后,SCE明显低于处理前(P<0.01).本文从细胞遗传学角度为Ara—A治疗慢性乙型肝炎提供了又一佐证。
NA damage of the abnormality of rpairing ability can lead to SCE change. In this study thespontaneous of the lymphocytes in the periperal blood and the induction of SCE by MMC are analyzedin case of chronic hepatitis B. The samples of the blood were treated with Are--A,and the effect onthe rate of SCE damage was observed. It shows that DNA damage in patients with chronic hepatitis Bis far more serious than that of the healthy people. It is characterized by the rise of the SCE rate.After treatment of the blood samples with Ara─A SCE is much lower than that before traetment. Thedifference is very obvious. The experiment has shown that Ara─A is of great value to the treatmentof chronic hepatitis B.
