摘要
本文通过小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变和微核细胞率,研究了3种不同中子照射条件的剂量效应关系,探讨了几种因素对中子RBE的影响,同时分析了微核细胞率和染色体畸变率之间的相关性,结果表明,中子诱发的MNCF和CSACR与剂量间的关系都适用Y=aD^n表示;能量较低的中子RBE较大;以相对敏感的效应终点(CSACR)来确定的RBE大于以MNCF确定的RBE;随剂量的增大,3种不同中子照射的RBE逐渐降低,尤其在低剂量时降低明显;MNCF和CSACR间存在明显的直线相关关系。
In order to study the RISEs and cytosenetic hereditary effects of different dose of neutron beams on chromosome aberrations and micronuclei of bone marrow cells in mice were observed. The results indicated that micronuclei frequency of occurence and chromosome aberration frequency caused by neutrons increased with doses. The relationship was feasible to Y=aD^n. The lower energy of neutrons had the smaller value of RBE. RBE determined by CSACR were larger than that by MNCF. RBEs decreased with increasing of neutron doses, especially within the low range of doses. There was a linear relationship between CSACR and MNCF caused by neutron beams and γ—ray.
