糖尿病人的围手术期处理

Perioperative Management of Diabetes in the Surgical Patient

27例糖尿病中,17例行中小型手术,围手术期未用胰岛素,术后恢复良好。10例大手术中,8例监测血糖和尿糖并应用胰岛素控制血糖,术后恢复良好;另2例术中未用胰岛素,1例术后死于酮症酸中毒。认为糖尿病人在监测和控制血糖后,同样可接受外科手术治疗。

Among twenty seven patients of diabetes mellitns who required surgical intervention 16 patients undergoing minor to middle surgical interventions tolerated the operations very well without insulin application preioperatively. In the other 11 patients that received major operations ,blood glucose levels were monitored and kept under 11mmol/L with insulin among whom 9 recoveried quite good postoperative; one of the remaining two with hyperglycemia that have not been able to be controlled by insulin died of ketoacidosis. The conclusion was obtained as follows: under monitoring and controlling of glucose level in blood and urin patients with diabetes mellitus could tolerate surgical operations as well as patients without diabete mellitus.
