摘要
报道用MBHA型树脂代替BHA型树脂为载体,固相法人工合成Ac—Arg—Ala—Ser—Gln—Ain—Tyr—Pro—Val—Val—NH_2九肽底物。
This article reports synthesis of the peptide amide of Ac—Arg—Ala—Ser—Gin—Asn—Tyr—Pro—Val—Val NH_2 as a substrate of HIV Protease in the pharmacological assay by solid phase peptide synthesis method using MBHA·HCl resin as a linker instead of BHA resin linker.
