摘要 本文介绍聚醚型软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料无氟氯烃配方的研究.通过实验给出了以二氯甲烷(MEC)代替F—11用于聚醚型软质聚氨酯泡沫生产时配方中各种助剂用量及有关工艺条件的变更情况.认为T—9用量应在原配方基础上每使用1PHPPG MEC增加0.02PHPPG;硅油稳定剂用量为1PHPPG MEC增加0.01PHPPG;LV—33用量为每1PHPPG MEC增加0.005PHPPG;混料温度以30±2℃为宜;搅拌时间应在原配方基础上增加1~2S.所得无氟氯烃配方已在多家泡沫生产厂推广应用,社会效益和经济效益显著,每使用1000kg MEC可减少F—11的排放量1615kg,按目前市价计算,可新增效益25300元/t MEC. Studies of CFC-free formulation for flexible polyether PU foam is described in this paper. When methylene chloride ( MEC ) was substituted for monofluorotrichloromethane ( F- 11 ) to prepare flexible polyether PU foam ,the auxiliary content of the formulation and the changes of the technical conditions were determined by experiment. It was found that based on the former formulation,T-9,silicone oil and LV-33 contents should be increased by 0. 02 php,0. 01 php and 0. 005 php respectively per 1 php MEC,the reasonable mixing temperature was 30±2℃ and the stirring time should be increased by 1-2 seconds. The CFC-free formulation was applied to several foam plants and had gained notable social and economical benefits:the 7 draining of F-11 could be decreased by 1600 kg when 1000 kg MEC was used,and according to present price,25300 Yuan/t MEC could be gained.
