摘要
本文建立了模具典型截面内的稳态及非稳态传热数学模型,利用有限元法,采用网格自动划分技术求解温度场分布,在微机上编制了一套二维传热有限元计算分析及其前后处理程序,通过实例验证,证明模型正确,算法合理,软件具有良好的实用性.
Mathematical models for the steady and non - steady heat conductance in typical cross - section of mold are given in this paper. The temperature field distribution is found out with network automatic dividing technique by means of finite element method. Programs for the finite element calculation and analysis of a two - dimensional heat conductance are made in a microcomputer. Practical results showed the models proved to be correct,the calculation is reasonable and the software is of practicability.
