摘要 应用DRIFTS定量分析方法考查了热处理温度和时间对磷酸酯T10A和PNP9在滑石粉表面包覆量的影响,以及磷酸酯用量与包覆量的关系.结果表明,经水溶液法包覆、干燥后,进一步的热处理会减小T10A在滑石粉表面的包覆量,而PNP9的包覆量则在125℃左右有一最大值,热处理时间为1小时左右可使PNP9在滑石粉表面的物理吸附和化学吸附均达到最大值.PNP9用量约为6%(质量)时即出现滑石粉表面的包覆饱和,T10A的包覆量随其用量呈直线上升,至12%(质量)仍未达到饱和. The effect of post- heating temperature and time on tee ooating thickness of phosphates TiOA and PNP9 on the surface of talc and the relationship between the coating thickness and phosphate concentration were studied by quantitative Drifts analysis. The results showed the coating thickness of T10A on talc surface was reduced by post-heating whilst that of PNP9 reached a maximum at about 125℃. One hour of post -heat was necessary for PNP9 coating to get a maximum physisorbed and chemisorbed phosphate. For PNP9, a surface coating saturation was found at concentration of 6% by weight of talc, meanwhile the T10A coating thickness increased with the increasing concentration up to 12% ,no saturation appeared.
