摘要
本文对8种聚合物材料进行了系列冲击试验,结果认为,聚合物材料的缺口敏感性用α_n(缺口冲击强度)/σ_o(无缺口冲击强度)和Ks(切口尖锐度敏感因子)两种方法评价得出的结论基本一致,单相聚合物材料(PC、PP和POM)的缺口敏感性较多相聚合物材料(PVC、GFPA、GFPC、HIPS、ABS)的大;Ks只在相同断裂机制条件下适用;温度对多数聚合物材料的缺口试样裂纹萌生功影响不大.
In this paper a series of Charpy impact testing were performed with 8 sorts of polymers. The results showed the notch sensitivity of ploymer material evaluated by means of σn(notch impact strength)/σ (non -notch impact strength)and Ks (notch sharpness sensitivity factor) was essentially the same. The notch sensitivity of single phase polymer material (PC,PP and POM)was greater than that of multiphase ones (PVC,GFPA,GFPC,HIPC and ABS). The parameter Ks was effective only in case of the same fracture mechanism for ploymers and the effect of temperature on crack initiating work of notch specimens was little for many polymer materials.
