短切玻纤增强石油发酵尼龙的研制

摘要 本文介绍了玻纤增强石油发酵尼龙(GRPF尼龙)的制备工艺和方法,考察了玻纤含量、不同玻纤表面处理剂等因素对所制材料力学性能和热胀性能(线胀系数)的影响,结果表明,玻纤处理剂以A1100为最好;随玻纤含量的增加(10~30%),GRPF尼龙的拉伸强度和拉伸弹性模量相应提高,冲击强度和断裂伸长率有所下降,在玻纤含量为10~30%的范围内,冲击强度的变化幅度较小.通过用GRPF尼龙制作轴承保持器的应用试验表明,该材料的综合性能指标均达到和超过同类进口材料. The technology and process for the preparation of short glass fiber reinforced petroleum fermented nylon (GFRPFN)are described in this paper,with the effect of glass fiber content and coupling agent on the mechanical properties and thermal expansivity of the composite being studied. The results showed A1100 would be an ideal coupling agent for the glass fiber,and when the glass fiber contents in creased (10-20%) , the tensile strength and elastic modulus of the composite increased correspondently,with the impact strength and elongation at break decreased a little; when the glass fiber content was within 10-30%, the impact strength changed little. The result of the practical application of bearing keeper made of the composite showed the over-all properties of the composite had come up and surpass the levels of the imported composite of the same grade from abroad.
