摘要 应用Instron材料试验机考察了室温下PP/LDPE共混物的拉伸力学性能以及与PP的质量百分含量φ_pp的关系.发现,共混物的拉伸强度极限σ,和弹性模量E随着φ_pp的增加而增大;σ,和E与组分的关系符合对数混合法则.其它的拉伸力学性能指标如屈服极限σ_(0.2)、扯断强度σ_u和应变等与组分的关系较为复杂,本文作了初步讨论. The tensile property and relationship between tensile property and weight percentage content φpp of PP in the blend was studied by means of Instron material testing machine. It was found that the proportional strength limit σp and the elastic modulus E increased with the increase of φpP, and the relationship σp and E and the component properties accorded with the logarithmic mixing role basically. The relationship between other tensile properties, such as yield strength limit, strength at break and strain, and the component properties were more complex, which were preliminarily discussed in this paper.
