摘要
本文介绍了水中部件声纳外壳用硬质透声塑料的研制概况.为达到声纳外壳材料的声学性能和物理机械性能等技术要求,从选材、配方及工艺三方面考虑,最后研制成功两种不同材料体系的硬质透声塑料(简多pC塑料).测试结果表明,两种材料体系的声学性能和力学性能良好.
This paper reports the development of acoustical structural plastics for underwater application in sonar domes. To achieve the acoustical, mechanical and physical properties, two series of rho-c(ρC)plastics have been developed successfully by means of selecting the materials, formulation and technology. The results show that these two series of rho-c plastics have excellent acoustical, mechanical and physical properties.
