摘要
湄洲湾1992年夏季的叶绿素a、三磷酸腺苷、碳比积累速率、初级生产力的变化范围和均值分别为0.45~4.72,1.49mg/m3;0.12~1.07,0.31μg/dm3;0.06~058,0.34d-1;0.07~0.34,0.21g/(m2·d)。叶绿素a与三磷酸腺苷之间、初级生产力与碳比积累速率之间均呈正相关关系。叶绿素a与三磷酸腺苷的比值为4.8,湄洲湾夏季浮游植物的生长受氮不足所限制。
The standing crop of phytoplankton in Meizhou Bay in summer, 1992 is reported in this paper. Chl-a of phytoplankton was measured by spectrophotometry, ATP content of phytoplankton determined by chemiluminescence method, and photosynthetic rate of phytoplankton by 14C-tracer method. The carbon-specific accumulation rate and photosynthetic index were calculated. The results show that in the period of survey, Chl-a ranged between 0. 45~4. 72 mg/m3,ATP 0. 12~ 1.07 μg/dm3,carbon-specific accumulation rates 0. 06~0. 58 d-1,photosynthetic indexes 0. 14~4. 15 h-1,and primary productivities 0. 07~0. 34 g/(m2·d) in Meizhou Bay. Moreover, Chl-a and ATP were positively correlated. Primary productivity showed a linear relaionship with carbon-specific accumulation rate. The average ratio of Chl-a to ATP was 4. 8. The growth of phytoplankton was limited by the lack of nitrogen in Meizhou Bay in summer.
