几种海洋浮游动物染色体初步研究

Studies on chromosome numbers of several kinds of marine zooplankton

采用秋水仙素溶液浸泡，空气干燥，Giemsa染色等方法对火腿许水蚤Schmackeriapoplesia、太平年纺锤水蚤Acaretiapacifica（桡足矣）、百陶箭虫Sagittabediti（毛颚类）和厦门隔膜水母Leuckartiarahoepplii（水母类）等海洋游动物染色体的数目和形态作了初步分析。结果表明：火腿许水蚤染色体数目为2n＝24，太平洋纺锤水蚤2n＝20，百陶箭虫2n＝16，厦门隔膜水母2n＝30。文中对海洋浮游动物染色体的制作方法进杆了探索和讨论。

The chromosome numbers of Schmacker poplesia, Acartia pacifica (Copepods), Sagitta bedoti (Chaetognath), and Asuckertiara hoepplii (Medusae) collected from the Jiulog River esturine and Xiamen Harbour are determined to be 2n = 24, 2n = 20, 2n = 16, and 2n = 30, re spedtively, using air-dried, Glemsastaining method. Some special methods in making chro mosome slide for marine zooplakton are discussed.
