摘要
分析３８例糖尿病死亡病例的死亡原因，发现以糖尿病并发心脑血管病变居首位，占２８．９％，糖尿病肾病次之（２６．４％），糖尿病酮症酸中毒及感染分别占第三及第四位死因（为２１％及１５．８％），以糖尿病高渗性昏迷为最低，仅７．８５％。与一般文献报告稍有差异，我们对此进行了讨论并提出降低糖尿病病死率的几点建议。
In this study we analysed the causes of death in 38patients With dia-betes mellitus.the results showed that the first death-cause was the complication ofheartbrain-vessles,accounted for 28.9%; the second was diabetic nephropathies(26.4%).diabetic ketoacidosis and infectious diseases were the third and the fourtlh account-ed for 2l%,and l5.8%respectively,the diabetic hyperosmotic coma was only accountedfor.85%.The data showed some difference compared with those in previous reports.We discussed these variations and made some suggestion of redused these variations andmade some suggestion of reducing the death rate.
