宫颈扩张棒在初孕妇人工流产术前的应用

APPLICATION OF CERVICAL DILATING RODS IN INDUCTION OF LABOR FOR PRIMIGRAVIDA

将１００名孕龄为６周～１４周的健康初孕妇随机分为两组，插棒组于吸宫术前６ｈ～６ｈ将一次性宫颈扩张棒置入宫颈管内，用药组于吸宫术前１分钟～２分钟将浸有１％地卡因的棉签置入宫颈管内。结果显示：插棒组宫颈扩张效果好，手术时间短，术中失血量少，人流反应轻，（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ），两组差别有高度显著性。

healthy primigravida whose gestational period was 6～14 weeks were divided randomly into two groups. Group 1:Cervical dilating rods were inserted in-to cervix 6～16 hours before utering aspiration. Group2:1%Decane dipped tampons were put into cervix 1～2minutes before aspiration. It was demonstrated that Group 1 has many advantages as good dilation of cervix,short duration of operation,less loss of blood and slifghter after action of induction.The results of the two groups showed signif-icant difference(P<0.01 ).
