聚合酶链反应监测人巨细胞病毒感染

DIAGNOSIS OF HUMAN CYTOMEGALOVIRUS INFECTI0N BY PCR TECHNIQUE

应用ＰＣＲ技术对疑为先天性ＨＣＭＶ感染的患儿及其母亲血、尿标本分别进行了ＨＣＭＶ－ＤＮＡ检测。开展了稳定的ＨＣＭＶ－ＤＮＡ检测方法。患儿及其母亲尿标本经基因扩增后均测到１５１ｂｐＨＣＭＶ－ＤＮＡ片段，考虑患儿为先天性ＨＣＭＶ感染。

In this paper,the sample of blood and urine from the child and hismother were analyzed with PCR technique.They were suspected to be infection withHCMV.Detection of cytomegalovirus in urine and blood by using PCR DNA amplifica-tion was established.The 151 bp amplified products of HCMV-DNA gene sequencewere detected in the urine of the child and his mother,so the child with congenital infec-tion of HCMV was considered.
