卡铂、足叶乙甙联合应用对非小细胞肺癌近期疗效观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATIONS OF CARBOPLATIN AND VP-16 ON TREATMENT OF NSCLC

报道应用卡铂、足叶乙甙联合治疗非小细胞肺癌２５例，有效率５６％，且毒副反应轻。结论：卡铂、足叶乙甙联合化疗方案，在肺癌等恶性肿瘤的综合治疗中应占有重要地位。

patients with NsCLC were treated with carboplatin(30mg/m2ivonce 4 weeks )and Vp-16(100mg iv daily * 5,every 4 weeks).The effective rate was56%(14/25).Toxicities were also observed,The conclusion is that carboplatin and VP-16 are toxicitise in NSCLC and its bonemarrow,renal,oto-and gastro-intestinal toxi-cites are milder than those of cisplatin.
