婴儿VitK缺乏出血症28例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 28 CASES WITH VITAMIN K DEFICIENCY IN INFANTS

通过对２８例婴儿ＶｉｔＫ缺乏症临床资料分析，表明婴儿ＶｉｔＫ缺乏主要由于单纯母乳喂养所致，颅内出血是本症的主要死亡原因之一。常规用ＶｉｔＫ预防者，可防止本症的发生。
