老年及老年前期经口有机磷农药中毒72例分析

A CLINCAL ANALYSIS OF 72 SENILE PATIENT WITH ACUTE ORAL ORGANIC PHOSPHORUS PESTCIDES INTOXICATION

分析７２例老年及老年前期经口有机磷农药中毒的临床资料，并与同期中青年６２例病人做对比。老年人血清胆碱酯酶异常率及重度中毒率与中青年无差异．但是，合并症发生率、死亡率均高于中青年病人，两者差别有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５），与文献结果不同。作者认为急性有机磷中毒时老年人病情严重，预后较差。

cases of senile patients with acute oral organic phosphorus pesti-cides intoxication were analysed and compared with 62 cases of adult patients. It wasfound that there were no differenc of the activity of serum cholinesterase and severity ofintoxication between senile and adult patients. But the complication and mortality in se-nile patients were significantly higher than those of the adult group(P<0.05).We con-clude that the clinical manifestations of senile patients were much severe and the progno- sis were poor.
