摘要
从表面态和材料电阻率的角度分析了酞菁铜衍生物LB膜光伏电池的反常整流效应,讨论了该效应与光生电流的关系,并介绍了消除反常现象提高光生电流的实验方法。
In this paper the unnormal diode rectifying effect of derivative of the copper phthalocyanine LB film photovoltaic cell was discussed from the view of surface state and resistiyity. The experimental method to eliminate the unnormal diode rectifying effect as well as the relation between the unnormal diode rectifying effect and the light generated current were investigated.
