摘要
在长期运行过程中,管道厌氧消化器的处理效能存在衰退现象。导致效能衰退的主要诱因是活力低的污泥积累引起装置的有效容积下降,造成水力停留时间缩短,以及污泥淀积引起传质性能恶化,造成污泥质量降低。定期排泥可以延缓反应器效能的衰退进程。
The results show that the performance would decline after long term operation of the pipeline-type anaerobic digesters.One factor leading to performance decline is sludge accumulation that causes reduction of the working volume in the reactor and shortening hydraulic retention time.The other factor is sludge settlement that causes increasing diffusion resistance and decreasing sludge activity.Periodically removing the surplus sludge could defer the performance decline.
