本文将一般数量矩阵的特征值反问题进行了扩展，研究一类区间数矩阵的特征值反问题，得到了该问题解的存在唯一性定理及求解的算法，并给出一个具体应用的实例。

In this paper,the inverse eigenvalue problem of interval numbers matrices is considered.It is an extension of the traditional inverse eigenvalue problem of matrices.The theorems about existence and uniqueness of the solution for the problem are obtained. An example is also given to illustrate the conclusions.
