摘要
本文介绍了可靠性试验中环境应力筛选(EnvironorentStressScreening)简称(ESS)的基本特性,借鉴美军对航空机载电子设备进行ESS的基本思想,对引信产品中电子零部件和非电子零部件进行ESS的必要性及可行性进行了分析,通过分析得出了引信非电子零部件中需要进行ESS的零件有抗力零件,压铸件(隔爆件)和火工元件,并对抗力零件中的弹簧和压铸件的ESS过程给出了描述.
This paper introduces the basic features of ESS during realibility test-ing.It also draws lessons from the U.S.Army's idea about environmental stressscreening aircraftcarrying electronic equipment.Meanwhile,the paper analyzesthe necessity and feasibility of environmental stress screening the electronic spareparts and non-electronic spare parts of fuze products.It draws a conclusion that,among the non-electronic fuze spare parts,the following three should be dealt withby ESS:spring,die-cast(interrupter) and explosive initiator components.The pa-per also gives a description of the ESS process of springs and die-casts.
