引信非电子零部件的环境应力筛选问题

本文介绍了可靠性试验中环境应力筛选（ＥｎｖｉｒｏｎｏｒｅｎｔＳｔｒｅｓｓＳｃｒｅｅｎｉｎｇ）简称（ＥＳＳ）的基本特性，借鉴美军对航空机载电子设备进行ＥＳＳ的基本思想，对引信产品中电子零部件和非电子零部件进行ＥＳＳ的必要性及可行性进行了分析，通过分析得出了引信非电子零部件中需要进行ＥＳＳ的零件有抗力零件，压铸件（隔爆件）和火工元件，并对抗力零件中的弹簧和压铸件的ＥＳＳ过程给出了描述．

This paper introduces the basic features of ESS during realibility test-ing．It also draws lessons from the U．S．Army＇s idea about environmental stressscreening aircraftcarrying electronic equipment．Meanwhile，the paper analyzesthe necessity and feasibility of environmental stress screening the electronic spareparts and non-electronic spare parts of fuze products．It draws a conclusion that，among the non-electronic fuze spare parts，the following three should be dealt withby ESS：spring，die-cast（interrupter） and explosive initiator components．The pa-per also gives a description of the ESS process of springs and die-casts．
