蒸汽爆炸最小点火能测试敏感条件的确定

THE STUDY ON THE OPTIMUM TEST CONDITIONS OF MINIMUM IGNITION ENERGY OF COMBUSTIBLE VAPOR

最小点火能是衡量可燃气体（或蒸汽）爆炸危险程度的一个重要参数，对它进行较为准确的测定有重要意义．不同的实验装置和不同的测定方法所测结果有很大差别．本文介绍了气体爆炸最小点火能测试的主要影响因素，通过实验找出了在２０Ｌ爆炸罐中最小点火能测试的敏感条件，为最小点火能的准确测试提供了必要基础．

Minimumignition energy（Emin）is one of the important characteristic parameters of conbustible vapor explosion．It expresses the sensitivity or dangerous extent of combustible vapor．However，in different experimental conditions，dif- ferent experimental resuIts of Emin will be obtained．Therefore，determining the optimum experimental conditions will be necessary．In this paper，the main influ- ence factors of Emin are discussed；the optimum test conditions of Emin in 20 L test vessel are experimentally obtained，which offers a reliable base to test Emin accu-rately．
