摘要
本文对以蓖麻油为原料生产癸二酸的裂解过程进行了优化工艺条件的实验研究。通过三因素三水平的正交实验，确定出蓖麻油酸裂解的最佳工艺条件，使癸二酸得率（基于蓖麻油）达到４８％，具有明显的经济效益。
In this paper，the optimum technological conditions for the cracking process producing sebacic acid from castor oil has been experimentalbstudied．By means of orthogonal tests with three factors and three levels，optimum conditions for the ricinoleic acid cracking are determined，and the product yield of sebacic acid based on castor oil is up to 48％. The economic benefit is obvious.
