固体超强酸催化剂SO～(2—)_4/TiO_2合成DOS的研究

SYNTHESIS OF DOS BY USING SOLID SUPERACID CATALYST SO／TiO2

本文介绍了用自制的固体超强酸ＳＯ／ＴｉＯ２作催化剂合成癸二酸二辛酯（ＤＯＳ）的实验研究以及产品后处理工艺研究情况。与传统的工艺相比，该工艺催化剂与产品分离容易，产品后处理方便，工艺简单，节约原料和能源，减少了废水，优于传统的硫酸催化法。

Solid superacid catalyst，SO／TiO2，is used in the synthesis of dioctyl sebacate（DOS）．In conf1parison with the catalyst of suiruric acid，the solid su-peraclu catalyst shows many advantages：easily separating the products from the catabst，conveniently treating and refining the preducts, greatly reducing energy consumption and the volume of waste water as well as decreasing cost of the prod-ucts.
