摘要
本文论述液压马达以乳化液为工作介质的可行性。这里谈及的液压马达工作介质由油改用乳化液所需要解决的技术关键是:发热、磨损、腐蚀、泄漏等。解决上述技术关键的有效途径之一,就是运动副表面用高分子材料(改性聚四氟乙烯PTFE/Pb)涂层,使液压马达可以在真空、水和水溶液以及腐蚀性介质中工作。
The paper discusses the feasibility of using emulsive liquid as working medium of hydraulic motor. To substitute hydraulic oil by emulsive liquid calls for solving those key technical problems against heat,wear,etch and lcakage. One available approach is to use coating of high- polymer material(modified polyte-trafluoroethylene PTFE/Pb) on the surfaces between mated moving part to enable it to work in vacuum,water,aqueous solution or corrosive media.
