摘要
本文对6.3kJ新型程控液压锤的锥阀集成液压系统进行了分析,利用数学分析方法建立了描述系统动态性能的数学模型。编制了用自动变步长的数值积分法直接求解的仿真程序,在建模和仿真过程中对方程“病态”问题采取了一些措施,通过数字仿真,求出了液压系统工作过程中各参数的动态变化规律。
The hydraulic system of the new type 6.3kJ bydraulic bammer is analyzed in the paper.1he mathematical models describing the dynamic charaeteristics of the hydraulic system are formed by means of the mathematical analysis metthod, The simulation programme using anew computational method is made.In order to deal with the ″stiff″problem.some measure-ments are used.By means of the digital simulaion,the dynamic response of the hydraulic sys-tem and the variations of the variables in the system are obtained.
