门式起重机的垂直与水平动态刚度

Vertical and Horizontal Dynamic Rigidity of Gantry Cranes

本文对不同类型门式起重机进行了振动分析研究，提出一系列门式起重机垂直与水平动态刚度的实用计算公式，增补了静、动态刚度的计算方法，扩大了门式起重机静、动态刚度的校核范围，针对门式起重机的特点和对现有研究资料的分析，推荐出静，动态刚度的控制值，为实现门式起重机的动态设计创造了有利条件。

This paper worked on vibration analysis for different type gantry cranes,advanced a se-ries of practical calculation formula about vertical and horizontal dynamic rigidity of gantrycranes,added some calculation methods of the static and dynamic rigidity,enlarged proofingscopes of the static and dynamic rigidity for gantry cranes. Based on analysis of present re-search materials,this paper recommended controlled values of the static and dynamic rigidityfor gantry cranes in view of their constructional features.The studies above created a benefi-cial condition for the realizing of dynamic designing of gantry cranes.
