摘要
本文论述了径向剃齿法的优点及径向剃齿刀齿面形成原理。对加工渐开线圆柱齿轮的径向剃齿刀的齿面进行了计算分析,求出了刃磨剃齿刀时假想齿条的齿面,编制了用锥面砂轮进行逼近时的优化程序,以便解决加工渐开线圆柱齿轮的径向剃齿刀的制造与刃磨问题,对径向剃齿刀在我国的进一步推广使用起更有利的作用。
In this paper,the theoretical profile of plunge cut shaving cutter whichis used to workinvolute spur gear and involute helical gear are caculated and analysed based on the gear en-gageing principle. The teeth surface of the hypothetical rack conjugated with theoretical pro-file of plunge cut shaving cutter are caculated.Cone grinding wheel is used to approach theteeth surface of the hypothetical rack with the aid of the optimum program,It is used tosolve the problem of the making and grinding
