摘要
本文依据奥贝球铁的强韧化理论,讨论了强韧性蠕铁的组织设计和要获得该组织所需奥氏体化温度范围与等温温度,试验证明,为获得最佳强韧性的蠕墨铸铁,其基体组织应设计成针状的下贝氏体加部分残余奥氏体。
According to the theory of strengthening ADI austenitic-bainitic ductile iron)the thesisdiscusses the structure, design and the range of temperature for austenitizing. The experi-ment shows that the matrix structure should be designed as acicular bainite and a part of re-maining austenite in order to gain the vermicular graphite cast iron with optimum strengthand toughness,and the structure should encircle the graphite.
