摘要
本文介绍了用自行研制的电液控制系统将１０００ｔ锅炉封头水压机改造为油压机。重点论述了该机ＰＬＣ程序控制系统的设计思路，程序编制及现场调试，改造后的油压机控制灵活、动作可靠，并可实现锅炉封头成形自动化。
The hydraulic system and PLC control svstem which is used to remake 1000T hy-draulic press for boiler seal cover is introduced in the paper.Especially the design of the PLC con-trol system, the control programme and the on-the-spot adjustment are discussed.The remadehydraulic press has such advantages as nimbleness for controlling and high reliability for opera-tion, therefore automitation of forming boiler seal cover can be realized.
