摘要
本文运用现代铣削理论和最优化技术,以最大生产率或最低加工成本为优化目标,并考虑了诸多约束,建立了端面铣刀铣削用量优化选择的数学模型,编制了以复合形法为基础的优化程序,并通过应用实例验证,为利用计算机快速、可靠地选择端面铣刀最优铣削用量提供了一种科学有效的方法。
In this paper,the modern theory of milling and the optimization technique are appliedto the establishment of the mathematical model of face milling to obtain the optimum face millingparameters,in which the highest productivity or the lowest machining cost are the optimum ob-jective,and many constraints are taking into consideration. The optimization is programed accord-ing to the complex method. It has passed the test by an example in computer.
