镗刀的设计计算

摘要 本文论述了固定式镗刀当小刀头轴线与镗杆轴线的夹角小于90°时,刀孔上平面高于径向平面,在巳知镗刀工作时所需各几何角度时,小刀头上各几何角度的设计计算。利用矢量及座标转换原理,为镗刀几何角度的设计计算推导出了一套精确的计算公式。这对保证镗刀的合理几何角度,提高镗刀的耐用度有重要的意义。 In the article,by the vector and the coordinate change,the design calculation of thegeometric angles of a small cutter fixed boring cutter shaft is expounded.A series of formulas isdeduced at the axis of a small cutter making an acuter angle with the axis of boring cutter shaft,and the upper plane of the hole fixing a small cutter having a distance to the radial piane of the boring cutter shaft and knowing the geometric angles of boring cutter.It is important to ensurethe geometric angles of a boring cutter and to improve the durability of a boring cutter
