本文依据最小二乘原理,求得多元回归方程中的各偏回归系数,进而给出一个相当于综合育种值的指数,即Ⅰ=-2.74H+34.3S-7.25B+3.66W+61.21T。相关分析表明,株高与褐班病病情指数以及病情指数与含糖量之间的相关性均达到了极显著水准(0.01),该指数可作为人工选择的参考指际,或在实践中作为评价亲本优劣的综合指标.
Each partial regression coefficient in the multivariate regression equationof 5 characters in sugarbeet was calculated and a complex breeding value——I=-2.74H+34.3S-7.25B+3.66W+61.21T was given,according to theprinciple of least square method.The results of correlation analysisshowed that the correlation between the plant height and disease index ofleaf spot (Cercospora) reached the high significant level (p=0.01),so didthe one between the disease index of leaf spot and sugar content.Thevalue may be used as a reference index in artificial selection or on esti-mating parents in sugarbeet breeding practice.
