以栅极为例，描述了热解石墨的物理性能，进而阐述了热解石、圣在电子及半导体工业中的应用，并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Abstract:The physical properties of pyrolysis graphite were described taking grid for exalnple.Applteations of pyrolys is graphit e were expounded in elecotronics ard semiconductor industry and its application future was looked forward.
