摘要
ＧＮＪ－２Ａ型泥浆净化机采用振动筛，旋流器组成三级净化集中式循环系统；正反循环泥浆净化工艺流程设计合理。该机处理泥浆量可达１０８ｍ￣３／ｈ，满足中小型工地施工时泥浆处理的需要；处理后的泥浆性能完全符合要求。
shale shaker and cyclone are used used to compose a three-step concentrative purification sys-tem on GNJ-2A mud purifier,direct circulation and reverse circulation mud purification technological process are properly designed.This system can treat 108m￣3 mud per hour, which can meet the meeds of mud treatment inmiddle-scale and small-scale construction site.Properties of treated mud can be meet the requirements absolutely.
